Promotion Matrix
Promotion Matrix is a proprietary and patent pending online template system that is being used by over 1,500 local units. It produces local store marketing materials that local units can produce themselves yet maintains all the brand standards from corporate.
How does Promotion Matrix work:
Well-intentioned local units often produce marketing materials on their own. Even when given materials from corporate, they end up altering them to fit their needs. The end result is often poorly designed materials that reflect badly on the brand.
We spent months researching every system on the market that provided a template solution but they were either too expensive, too complicated or simply produced poorly designed materials – they looked like templates. Finally, out of frustration, we built our own team of programmers and developed our own software.
Promotion Matrix has more flexibility than any other template system available. Because it is a template system, corporate can control the look. Because it is so flexible and simple to use, local units don’t end up making their own materials. All of the materials are designed to be able to print right from a simple ink jet printer. They can also be sent to a printer as a high resolution PDF if the local unit wants to print a large quantity or a larger version.
The software consists of two modules: Template Builder and Template User. The Template Builder is used to create the templates that are made available to the local units. Corporate can either license the software and build the templates themselves or AdMatrix can build the templates for them.

If you choose to have AdMatrix create your templates, the cost is dependent on how many templates you want to launch the program with and how many variables are in each template.

Although some of these kits have a great many materials, typically very few local units use them because they are usually too difficult. Several companies have produced a template system to make the program easier to distribute.
